VISCOUNT DOWN HARDCOVER books destined for delivery to addresses in South Africa and surrounding countries arrived in Durban Port on 1st February 2012. Unloading and pier handling took 4 days, customs inspection 3 days, inland transport and delivery to my address in Johannesburg is expected on or before 14th February. Onward consignment and delivery by post to customers expected to take 14 days.
The shipment of books destined for delivery to ALL OTHER COUNTRIES is expected to arrive in Southampton U.K. on 22nd February 2012 and will follow a similar delivery pattern as above. Onward consignment and delivery by post to customers in U.K. expected to take 14 days and to all other countries 14 – 21 days.
The above information has been circulated by newsletter to all registered subscribers. This is an extremely busy period for us and routine queries about delivery that fall within the above ambit will not receive prompt response.
